after 40plus years of these winters, the one creature that remains a positive, bright, playful part of these dark days is
The Raven: no matter the conditions.
The Raven's presence each morning as they enter the city from their roosts high
above in the Chugach Mountain Range to their time timely departure each afternoon at dusk is one the Koper's watch for
and cherish. Their playful antics and cunning ability to make every situation a game brings light and joy to the long winter
months. Whether soaring in the wind currents above the tall buildings in Anchorage or sliding down a snow pile, each day is
worth finding joy...
With these thoughts Raven Chocolates was born.
The tradition of
the Flying Dutchman continues in these truffles, medallions and custom figurines. Fine chocolate, fresh cream and butter for
the centers. All made with the hope that will bring a smile to your face. We offer a variety of wonderful flavors. Chocolate
Mint, Irish Cream, Almond Rum, Cashew, Mocha, Chocolate Raspberry, Dark Chocolate and Marzipan.
